Proph has high scum equity with Babel because they briefly mention them to compare with Italy on who to vote but then ignore Babel as if they never actually mentioned to ever want to vote them.

yeah tied wagons was just meant for marl ability that was it
my only concern is that it might be W/W wagons 
but in that case at least we still wagon a wolf, just dont assume whoever lives is hard clear in that case
