you said “atlas is doing this to push wolf agenda”
you never explained why it pushed wolf agenda
@Arctic I got so upset with you because I was trying to convince you it wasn’t me so bad and you were just ignoring it or trying to compare it to Pokemon 9per (a two year old wolf game). I shouldn’t have gotten so upset in hindsight, I won’t try to lecture you on much, but please don’t compare my plays now to two year old wolf games (or even super old town games). I used to be more of a low poster back then, but now I have averaged at least 200 posts in my last few games. I’m sorry for getting so upset at you
You have to look at things from my PoV. I saw you calling me an obvious wolf when you subbed in and it struck me as agenda because you were pushing me more than you were pushing either of the flipped wolves. I expected you to be able to understand how I play as a wolf since we just played a wolf game together. I did provide explanations for what I saw as well. If you read my wall I provided quotes, explained why I thought they were scummy, and other such things. For example, with your interactions with most others I said “it looks like Atlas is trying to plant seeds and abandon’s them when it’s not possible to push said people” (wasn’t the exact quote, but it’s similar). I pointed out how it looked like you were a wolf trying to kill the non wolf out of your PoE when you constantly pushed me over cape. I could go on, but I think I made my point. I shouldn’t have gotten so upset with you either and I’m sorry for that, like there were times I got so upset that I could have said stuff that went against the disrespect rule. I did tab out at that point, but it should have never made it to that point to begin with

Atlas is just frustrating sometimes but I’ve figured out how to deal with him.
Just gotta give him some love! He’s lonely!
Apparently I am too because I’m not ballsy enough to D1 gladiate as a W.
you keep forcing yourself in the position
do not blame the town for your wrongdoing
mafia won regardless since wazza played pretty damn well but you were the 4th wolf
you have the charisma for it so you will probably be town leader every game you’re in and people like kiruma or gorta will always be behind
think blaming Arctic for the loss is really short sighted
mafia’s a team game and when town loses, all members of the town share some responsibility for the loss
a lot of combining factors went into this game being a loss – kiiruma gladiating d1, brad being a little too forthright with his PR soft, you and mistyx being mislunched over cape or i, everyone at endgame collectively misclearing wazza
best you can do about it is learn from your mistakes and try not to repeat them next time
ftr, i think what arctic was missing for most of the game was a good sounding board/a townie he could trust in order to talk through his reads. he finally found one in catbae on day 4 and it’s no surprise to me the town’s collective process was best on that day
d4 was me and gorta trying individually to talk to a brick wall
i dont think i did much wrong the entire game other than my final readslist being very inaccurate and being blamed and scumread for most of the game on some non existant meta is not my fault
brad was scumread for no real reason and he had to be so obvious. his biggest mistake is not being more proactive and pushing his own reads more agressive even if not all correct
kiruma gladiated d1 which locked him town and i dont see a better use for a gladiate since kiruma is not usually obivous townie and often misvoted
gladiating the other obvious town is not ideal and being dead after u do the gladiate is bad also but whatever
i dont know much that happened after d2 but what i do know is town did pretty fine mafia just did better
i thought i would have something to say about this game
i don’t
idk if that’s a good thing or a bad thing
i read title and thought villagers won
Oh yeah, actually, I do remember what I was going to say.
This.
I felt very sympathetic for Arctic in this game. His play and position felt like a reflection of me, with all the ups and downs (mostly downs).
I feel similarly about my play as he did about his. It’s the reason why I’ve become significantly less loud over time, and why I only step up to the town leader position if the town doesn’t have a leader. And even when I’m in that position, I don’t feel confident at all about my guidance.
Relating things back to what happened in this game, somebody said that Arctic didn’t really have anyone to bounce off his reads from until catbae, and I fully agree. I think something like that would’ve helped immensely.
At any rate - yes, Arctic’s solve was wrong, but I can’t help but relate to his position and his solve being wrong, so I feel pity.
I’d say stuff about the other players in this game, but I don’t have nearly as much to say. Wp wolves, a “you tried” sticker to the village. Almost turned out to be a reverse sweep.
I guess… don’t quickyeet in f4? Though it probably wouldn’t have ended any other way had you not quickyote, so whatever.
Oh yeah, notably higher participation from gorta that should probably be acknowledged.
Oh yeah, if you wonder what my solve was, it was wrong too. Granted, I obviously didn’t read the whole game, only bits and pieces, but.
If you’re curious:
I looked at this post and I was like “it’s probably the 2nd option.” So I was 1/3.
how were you so delusional
