I found kiiruma’s initial mech talk weird, especially the speculation on the number of wolves based off of how much power town has - that just seemed like it was going to lead to a discussion of town power roles which isn’t good in a game that might have anticlaim.

The gladiate itself seemed very performative, and atp I’m also just annoyed at him for making me reevaluate the gamestate twice.

I haven’t had that much time to think about Kiiruma’s posts from a logical standpoint (motives, etc.) but gut tells me he’s a wolf

I sort of agree with the second take, since their interaction felt awkward in a way that didn’t seem planned - but then again, it could still be w/w and not be planned.

Brad always feels vaguely towny to me, so I’m withholding judgement on the first take.

lol. i just find it pretty unrealistic that someone who complains about being misread as much as you has no pointers to give out on how to actually read you successfully. i don’t know what reason you’d have for this other than to not make it easier for people to catch you as a wolf

Discussion of the theoretical value of such analysis isn’t of interest to me, I don’t doubt your belief in it and I sharply disagree, but that is not the point I am trying to make. My point was you seemed to be wanting to over-focused on arguing about a non-aligned read based on incredibly slight reasoning, one that ultimately boils down to scum would/wouldn’t act this way together in early game. It boils down to personal interpretation and so is easy to argue for either way. The decision to argue about that pinged me because it felt like arguing for the sake of arguing rather than having any legitimate interest in arctic’s perspective, either for determining his own alignment or for reconsidering the non-alignment read between wzza and lol.
