The thought crossed my mind but it doesn’t feel the most likely answer to me, that kind of impulsive play comes from town far more often, the type of player who makes crazy aggressive plays like that as scum is fairly rare and kiiruma doesn’t seem the sort to do so.
still kind of blows my mind we’re dealing with a gladiate four hours into the day starting – just horrifically anti-town to take away the lunch and discussion of who to execute on the most important day
need to read up but gut tells me that we do want to execute in (kiiruma/isolde) mostly because assuming 10:3, sleeping puts us to 9:3 which takes away a mislunch from us
want to do my due diligence on both kiiruma and isolde though gun to head, kiiruma impulsively firing off the gladiate reminds me of his past two town games (railgun, hydra popcorn) where he voted early in mylo/shot someone for “info reasons” near endgame (someone will need to back me up on this, i didn’t read that game super closely) so I am sort of inclined to think that this is town!kiiruma
there’s like a part of me that thinks he’s playing into this persona purposefully because… the whole charade between him and isolde feels really off to me.
it just kind of feels like we’re all having a good time at the bar and then isolde shows and goes “YOU WANNA GO” to kiiruma who yells back, and then we’re having a drunken fistfight or something. but seriously - the tone of the thread prior to isolde showing up was pretty even-keeled, and then isolde started posting and then they both laid into each other super artificially
talk about what posts you liked her? i thought that she was a little self-aware and jumpy for most of SoD but wanted to see what she would do unprompted
like, if seth thinks brad is a wolf, why is he continuing to converse with him
he’s not going to make brad admit that he has a wolf rolecard
why is he pinging random people and saying “brad is wolf sheep me after i die” rather than like… doing a detailed analysis of why he thinks brad is a wolf and showing his work to the class
i really would like seth’s reasoning for his stances because i can’t really figure out what he’s thinking by reading his posts
he calls brad a wolf because brad posted the “nice wifom, but people are gonna find out that you’re town” comment and then becomes increasingly incendiary with brad. he says that catbae is a wolf because catbae had the “worst reaction” to his reaction test - which is just catbae saying that they think that kiiruma is a townie who has legitimately thought they had caught scum. why is that conclusion of catbae’s wolfy?
and then he says that cape is a wolf simply for… not quoting a townie quotechain? (which I can confirm is true - what cape responded was not a quotechain) – seth’s play is just very confusing to me and i’m not really sure what to make of it from a micro level
on a macro level, i can say this that he is playing much differently than in railgun. in railgun, where he was a wolf, i felt like he was playing more conventionally and tried to appear more townie. in this game he’s just being completely chaotic
so where does that leave my evaluation of seth? gth i think he flips villager simply because i feel like if he randed wolf he’d take more care to not piss anyone off, but i’d like to hear his explanations for his reads if possible
