Oh yeah the way popcorn works is
I dm the mafia
Ask them to choose a gun bearer
That player holds the gun
They shoot
If they shoot town, the new town gets the gun and the gun holder dies
If they shoot mafia, they keep the gun and can shoot again
The game ends upon parity
