On your attack phase, you may choose to not attack and discard 1 equipment. Then pick exactly 3 players to shuffle their character cards facedown. Deal the 3 players a character card from the shuffled pile unrevealed. All players that had their character previously revealed must reveal their new character at the same time. Used abilities sdo not reset if previously used.
