Actually yes, they are gods in everything except being dealt out at the start and their own wincon. The exception to this is Loki who is an antigod, but can change his faction (doesn’t change his wincon)

You can see each character has an HP value in the top right, a faction below that (anti-gods are still gods in terms of faction), A win condition (this is where antigods differ), and a Special Ability.
The Anti-gods are Angra Mainyu, Loki (who has a slightly different wincon from the others bc he can change faction) Set, Izanami, Sun Wukong, and Lucifer.
The other oddities in the God Characters are Satan and Helel, who cannot be dealt out at the start of the game. Helel can onl;y enter play via Lucifer’s Special Ability, where as Satan can enter play via Lucifer or faust’s ability, or The Devil Arcana in the slayer deck.
