I’ll make it 300 cuz queen mean

Phew… Now: Good news for Counts. Unless the game is very broken, then there is no way that you can gain +4 Faith in 1 Season. In other words: You simply got that in the bag.

As for the Grandees… Technically they can lose some time (by failing their scheme) if Baron gains +2 Faith in Season 3. However, I believe that we can all agree that it is best to simply not sabotage each other and focus on maintaining status quo.

you’re POOR zone

Do we even get to say about these Taxes, or are these just inevitable events?

The Queen purposefully did those tasks

these happen every 4 seasons starting with the 3rd season
same with auctions but it starts on the 2nd season

it is true

Yeah. I knew that the moment I read “Cruel Tax” and “Barons”.
…good thing I chose to invest 800 gold and not the entire thing.
(What even happens if a noble’s wealth reaches the negatives?)

she is punishing us for the counts’ failures to safeguard their own borders from heresy while allowing them to live in normal luxury

let’s not forget she veto’d allowing us to assassinate someone

Eligible Options

Your mother brings you three portraits on wheels.

this event is really, really boring and I don’t feel like typing it all out so ill just steal the name of the Countess i marry and a random personality trait (and their dynasty)

I will marry Rhoda, daughter of Jake, the Faifthul Countess.

-2 Count Defiance, +1 Baron and Grandee Defiance

does this do anything for us

it lowers your defiance
the personality trait may influence future events

you really are just raising the people with better military than us defiance lmao

…wow. The great equalizer.
Great for schemes where Defiance has to stay low,
Terrible for preparing Rebellions in case schemes aren’t doing well.
