The game will operate on a simple level up system as time progresses.
Completing a battle will increase levels for all parties involved.
A player can lvl up to lvl XX.
Stats are fixed for every level, put in a nice little spreadsheet…

Certain Characters will start at a higher level than others.
You will know who is on your faction, so if Italy and you are on the same faction, both of your role cards will appear in the group chat.
For Neutrals, they’ll not be added to a faction group until they’re permanently recruited (Conditions Apply). They can choose to reveal their role card to someone in the same location if they so wish.
Byleth is an exception. Their role card is automatically revealed because they’re just too infamous of a mercenary.
You can only view stats, equipped equipment and combat arts of enemies if they are visible in battle. You can then relay said information to your faction.
