I think Hazard’s reasons for townreading Lucifer made sense but at the same time, they’re not that towny individually

Eliza went AWOL for quite a while after Litten’s death. Garfooled was forthcoming with his information, but Eliza didn’t seem prepared to defend herself. Here’s what I think: Eliza used the strongman without really considering that this might out her; Garfooled came out, Eliza disappeared; people started talking about there being a wolf between Garfooled and Eliza, so she came back and said she roleblocked Garfooled.
This means Garfooled is Town, and suggests the third wolf doesn’t have a strong grasp on mechanics.
