Footnoting that Wazza is really bizarre for me because I remember her in the past but she feels like an entirely different person. Like I don’t remembering ever towning with her but I remember being scum and being like “she’s a free ML even though I think she’s obvtown” and I don’t get either of those vibes from her which if I’m being gross could be used to call her scum but eww two year meta lmao
Dum had only that small townie moment and there’s so little Wazza to read and I hate reading recent subs and her posting today is probably vaguely townie but I don’t want to talk about why? The thread consensus feels like “I’m not in love with her posting but I don’t want her on the chopping block today” and normally I’d weh at that but I also feel that way lmao
Squirrel as a body of work is so…lackluster? Like his individual posting feels so good but he has never once seemed to feel the urgency to try to eliminate a player he thinks is scum. Like it’s literally MYLO and besides doing things to make him TR’d he has not done things to contribute to the town win condition his only vote was on Magnus as self-pres
He’s been solving and my tone radar is in love with that but he’s not actually putting it into motion and that’s uh just not what a townie does
And I guess that combined with the him/Vulgard connection I’ve been feeling cements those two in my scumpile?
Summary
This is also bad reasoning that should not be on my mind but like
Flygon/Guava/I have all weh’d at Squirrel/Vulgard today and in a Flygon/Guava town world I just don’t really see a path to us winning that isn’t going through those two?
I feel like in my memory of playing mafia on times when I got to LYLO and tried to solve the game the world just like clicked in front of me in some brilliant moment of light and I felt the conviction needed to turn the game around
And uh I’m beginning to realize either those memories were fabricated or I’m a much more tepid person about any solution I’m getting because I don’t feel even a fraction of that imagined level of passion weh
In today’s episode of “NP compares Ashlyn and Squirrel” rereading through the ISO gave me the feeling that Ashlyn is better Squirrel? Like she’s the example of what I feel like the player who has been doing solvy things on their own reacts to MYLO properly? She’s trying to make sure she can get a solution and feels the emotions and isn’t just living in a cardboard box
Where does that leave me at this point?
I guess my worldbuilding feeling has coalesced on Vulgard/Squirrel which is weird because I felt certain at the end of last day it was Guava and even after having the night to step back I still was in a Vulgard/Guava headspace
And I have my reservations that I’m just feeling this way because the mood of the thread making me feel like the Vulgard/Squirrel world is the one in which this game is actually winnable and we can turn this around and I’ll need to sleep on it but I think I just need to shut up those voices because now is the time in which the game can be won or lost and I need to pick winning
With Vulgard/Squirrel, that leaves three options: Ashlyn/Wazza/Guava
In the Ashlyn world, Vulgard is setting up Ashlyn to look good when he dies.
In the Wazza world, Wazza is bussing to look good when Vulgard/Squirrel die.
In the Guava world, Guava is just cruising on past town cred to not make waves and let a win come to them through either townies screwing up? or maybe setting up a future ML on Wazza?
Pre-today the only unaligned interactions with those three and Vul/Squirrel that I recall were the Guava-Squirrel ones
Occam’s Razor says it’s just Guava and both NP worlds are right and the universe is happy and fun. My gut tells me that’s wrong which is bizarre considering it has taken a 180 in the last 72 hours and for all I know will 180 back. My heart tells me I hopefully get nightkillled before that and those nerds would get to settle it without me having to make a decision with the game in his hands. I uh probably will get more time to narrow down my thoughts on this matter weh
Who would I rather vote? I guess I’m feeling Vulgard? Even though I haven’t ISO’d him and will not get the time to and don’t really want to and don’t really have a case on him besides the fact that I just am not feeling like is town? Yeah I guess I am I think I’ve gone delusional from being alone in this thread so long yw.
At the end of this day though I recognize I probably need a town Flygon voting with me to win this game and so I’ll vote Squirrel if that’s what he needs to feel comfortable

I have a plan.
I’m pretty sure we can win this.
The plan should bring us into F3 with probably me not in that.
So the town in that needs to make themselves obvious and find each other to remove the wolf.
In case I actually scare Vulgard and they kill me over the literal town PR for some reason I’ll say the case plan I have.
Squirrel goes over today, flips wolf.
Kanave dies during the night (or I do for some reason)
We no execute next day (trust me on this)
Then me/Kanave die, that will be it for me, I’ll be gone at that point
Execute Vulgard after that, don’t let them say otherwise.
Then come F3 Vulgard will be relaying on their partner to win since we can’t directly pin point who the last one is.
The F3 will probably be something like Ash/Guava/Penguin.
Kinda worries me a bit though cause if it’s Penguin they could be able to convince Ash to vote Guava since Ash stated prior concerns to the slot.
However as I said before, town needs to town it up as much as they can come F3 and find the other town.

Also Damn Penguin has such good analysis here and it’s like if they are a wolf they are doing a damn good job and clearly preparing for that F3.
I think Penguin just has the most equity with Vulgard/Squirrel together but it’s not like I can’t see Ash/Guava.
Idk man it’s hard but hopefully I can be relieved and just watch the F3 from dead chat and see who the wolf is and town are and hope town can find each other in the end.

Well, yes. Wolves love to open with noncommittal comments on villagers being suspected, which is what this opener would be if guava is a wolf.
In regard to other posts: yeah, I think it’s Ashlyn/NP, with the third being Wazza or Squirrel. I don’t think it’s guava. NP trying to set me up as W/W with Squirrel is something I could read either way in regard to Squirrel’s alignment, but it makes a bit more sense if Squirrel is mafia, because it makes me get yeeted next after Squirrel flips W. If Squirrel is V, then it’ll be game over after that yeet, so it’s really bad from NP regardless. He’s using the justification of me and Squirrel being “paired” to justify yeeting us both even though we could be different alignment or V/V (and there seems to be no consideration of the other options).
