because used to claim makes no sense
Ah yes you’re right, words be hard sometimes
Also you have Gorta as town lean and “Most than Likely sussy”
deflection from what? If you want to make this point you have to pretty much admit im aways wolf with Magnus, since the reason i made those posts were to defend how their read was valid, despite being a volume tell read
I swear I can’t read oh my god haha. They’re giving me mixed vibes. I swear I’m trying my hardest to be consistent since words matter. Gorta feels Wolf to me, or at least doesn’t want to be killed early so likely has a powerful ability.
And for you, a tactic I’ve seen employed in some social deduction games is “Oh when I first started playing I used to do X when I was bad” which implies that you’d either do it now when good, or you’re trying to hide a new tell that you don’t realize you have. Plus piggybacking on someone else’s read to confirm yourself feels a bit…off to me?
Maybe I’m just looking for connections where there are none lol, it’s not like I know you guys.
I never intended to confirm myself saying that. The sole intention of those posts were as a reply to @Silviu200530 who said volume tells did not work. My reply to this is they absolutely can work on the right people, as i myself used to have a volume tell. If anything, i made myself more suspicious by explaining that my slot has become harder to solve
Honestly, as someone who has played town!gorta, this is 100% in his townrange
Obs: townrange doesnt mean im reading him as town, but it means this is well within something he would do as town
uhhhh. what?
A) The last way to hide tells is to bring it up
B) This sentence makes 0 sense, how am i hiding something i dont realize i have
You’re sorta misconstruing what I said here.
Like…let’s say your tell was a twitch in your right eye. You might realize it and train yourself to not show it when you’re lying. Maybe even draw attention to it as a joke. “Oh it’s easy to tell when I’m mafia, my eye twitches involuntarily when I’m lying”
But nobody’s perfect, you might have a typing quirk that you don’t even realize you have when you’re bad. Maybe acting more aggressive or passive. So in pointing out how you used to be, it implies that people should trust you.
This is all hypothetical and not to be used as an example as to what you’re doing, just a thought I had. So don’t take it that way lol. I was just thinking about it since everyone was like “Hey these are reasons why X reads as town” and their logic doesn’t make much sense to me? So I’m trying to apply my own logic.
again, if i dont even realize i have it, case closed, your point is valid but makes no sense to why i would try to hide it, if i dont even realize i have it.
Regardless, this whole argument is pointless, the posts you are judging me for were never really about clearing me, they were about validating an opinion with an example.
Among us!!!
this is a interesting point, gorta might be a power role. So, by the way you are acting (not really fearing being night killed) im assuming you are vanilla town?
dont
Can you elaborate on these
don’t rolefish
I mean I’d prefer not to die Night 1 in my first game lol, but yeah I don’t think it’s super important that I live. Sure I could help but honestly, it’s not like I’m a Town killing role or anything.
eliza shut please
Good enought.
