Wait, so you do think Eliza was bussing. But I still feel that is contradictory to thinking Eliza would do that by tying the votes instead of just putting her vote directly on Gorta. The only reason for trying to tie would be to save both Gorta and Dum.

My point being if Dum and gorta are both woofs as I’ve suspected than Eliza needs to make sure its always Gorta or nobody.

The woof ability can only be moved by a certain time. It’s clear the bus always had to be Gorta. No other wolf could die.
