VOTE: Rune
Um I saw Ai/Rune get a little more active and Atlas seems a bit limp after what I thought was a strong D1, beyond that Iām not sure what you mean
After Drak got pushed, Rune started to push against Atlas very aggressively.
Mm. Iāll keep this in mind tomorrow on a reread, I am kinda hoping Ai/X do something, I may not like some of Runeās direction this game but at least he is doing something, Iām wary of blindspots
Same, Iām also planning to reread tomorrow. Iāve spent a majority of my time this evening thinking abstractly because I noticed that I literally do not have the will power to focus down and read peopleās posts and instead are focusing on what I know they did in my head. Iām not actually sure what that is called Iām just going to pretend itās called abstract reading tho
Thatās not really fair to Ai.mi. She was pretty active D1 imo, and even I thought her line of questioning was suspicious.
Theyāre separate and unrelated pushes but I get why youād worldbuild around that.
Think Iām gonna call it a night, hit me up with whatever
@ Rune apologies for the aggro, Iāma try to keep it tamer moving forward
Would appreciate any insight into Ai.mi, if not Iāll find your progression on her when I sit down tomorrow to sift thru the game
If your town just keep on chugging
Iāll eventually get there probably
In the morning tho
Def not tonight
ok

VOTE: Atlas
Well, other thoughts not entirely Atlas related:
I think ai.mi is fine d2. X needs to chime in obviously but i think his d1 was good. I guess while im burning bridges and going hard on fos, Era could be as bad as Atlas on the Kai vote and i can see that scenario.
Drak should also shoot tonight at somebody actually scummy. There are no confirmed flips here and a wolf!mayor reducing vote parity isnt a concern.
To elaborate, i think that second point indicates that Drak is very likely town or a wolf seriously playing the long game for some silly reason. Thereās just a lot of risk to that fps for a wolf vig in this setup and theres too much plausible deniability for a wolfvig to hide behind after killing off a decent PR. Drak is actually more suspected for not shooting than he would be if he had and im wondering if thats wolf talking points being sold as the ābest mechanical town thing to do.ā If im wrong gg.
Yeah, that post only solidifies itā¦ I think Rune is trying to kill three town here. In my opinion, the direction of his current pushing is an attempt to break open the towncore.
My vote stays.
You shouldnāt comment on Atlas dyingā¦
I agree the actions of you two are towny. I am not the first person to say this but this does warrant reiterating.
@Ai.Mi You really need to stop tunneling me if you are a competitor. Itās the only read of yours you seen to have cared about for two days now, at least when it comes to saboteur reads, and itās incorrectā¦
I doā¦ I think we need to start by killing Rune. The game is only a mess because people are trying to break up the towncore for no reason other than the fact we missed yesterday (according to Atlas), which is unfortunate butā¦ doesnāt mean the wolves are super deep.
I think I agree with this.
X has dropped off extremely and might be worth considering as well, though I think him holstering is >rand competitorā¦ Thoughts?
In regard to Drekar and him holsteringā¦ I agree with the players calling it pro-saboteur to holster here, but I also think that mech-related behavior like this could come from a competitor. What bothers me more is that Drekāarās aggression and pursuit of reads have significantly faded since the earlygame. Early on, Drekar was intent on fighting me and actively encouraged clashes, but todayā¦ heās just talked about him holstering the vig, and later into yesterday he also didnāt give any content. It could be that heās busy in real life, but still, the dropoff is significant, and the aggression is watered-down at mostā¦ It certainly does feel like heās trying to coast through so that he can vig later into the game, when it is more convenient to wolves. Somebody made a good point about this: later in the game, wolves can manipulate the vig more easily if a competitor has it, so holstering just makes the saboteurs more likely to kill you or mess with your target if you stay alive for longer without shooting. Thereās also the fact that if you are a saboteur vigilante here, you could easily shoot into the towncore later and claim your action was manipulated or something, particularly if Estelle is deadā¦
There are many aspects of Drekarās situation that point toward him being a saboteur here. Please let me know what you think about this.
My saboteur reads are, in order from strongest to weakest: Rune > Drekar > Ai.Mi. The first part of my read on Rune was explained here:
The post also contains examples of what Iām talking about.
The second part comes from today. Simply put, I think him reading Atlas, Juno, and myself as saboteurs here is a wolfsided agenda. I think Iāve been towny, and I think the other two have also been towny. Juno specifically also has a good mechanical reason to be a competitor (the watch on Atlas). Runeās reads have also completely changed from yesterday; yesterday, Rune was sussing Juliette (which I do agree with Luna about in that itās quite ridiculous to have wolfread Juliette, she was very towny) and Ai.Mi, but today, Rune has laid off Ai.Mi and is instead pushing more targets I think are competitors. I suppose my reads could be upside down, but nothing about the gamestate indicates to me that they are, and the gamestate deteriorating (as some people have claimed) can be most closely linked to Runeās pushing and Drekarās treatment of the vig.
Which brings me to Drekar, the read on whom I explained in the post here.
Itās not as strong as the read on Rune, because he isnāt attempting to push anyoneā¦ but in itself, thatās quite suspicious, because he portrayed himself as an aggressive player early into day 2.
Finally, the read on Ai.Mi. I take issue with the fact Iām her only significant push after a whole day and a part of another day. I think her reads are extremely inflexible and she is being unreasonably stubborn about wolfreading me. I suppose this could just be a tunnel, but she has barely given any other reads as of lateā¦ Iām not sure if a tunneling competitor approaches it that way. Iād expect more reads, on other players as well. Perhaps this is incorrect of me to assume, and I am naturally going to be biased because sheās been pushing me so much, so please discuss this read with meā¦
X is a case of justā¦ not really existing. I think Dubu has substantially improved and that his action is towny - meanwhile, X holstered and X has barely been posting. I know I made the accusation of Dubu being a polarized saboteur trying to coast yesterday - I take it back, I currently think heās a competitor. That said, the description might apply to Xā¦? I did have a competitor read on him early on, but the dropoff is notable. I feel the slot has been underdiscussed, so please engage with me about it as wellā¦
I am quite confident that Estelle, Atlas, Juno, and Luna are competitors, and I currently think Dubu is a competitor as well.
