Do you not refer to Serial killers night kill as a factional action? Cause I normally do and I think osie does as well.

I’ve also had factional role cops attached to mafia factions

I beleive any ability tied to an alignment is factional and any ability tied to the role is just a normal ability.

I generally think neutrals are like a special case. It’s like a blanket term for independent players in this game, I don’t see why they have factional actions. Maybe individual actions.
