Only person I saw Millium visiting kiiruma. I was then told the ability they used was a conditional Vig
Based on Mill saying they tried to shoot Kiiruma for lieing, which mind you it was successful. Also DK reinforced that by just now claiming they have a factional kill that checks for lies.
