I’m probably not the 1st to be thinking this, yet those eliminations in which players survive and flip probably have strings attached.

Just got back from the Pub and getting on my PC now and saw this post. This is something I agree with. I will start catching up soon.
Yes, this is still Arctic. I’m using proper grammar so that Kiiruma can’t target me with his “grammar police” ability.
I will be eating supper soon, but I’ll be here soon enough. I will probably have problems making reads here due to the fact that we have no flips and everything seems random. It’s possible this is a big mystery, but I think we should be prepared for anything.
most likely, I have a few of my own tin foils about this, but depending on how long it goes on I might be crazy ~ Gorta
what in the world is this ability? ~ Gorta
I do not think it is likely that everyone can win with the mixture of starting alignments. However, I do agree with the second part - at least for now. I think the game works by peeling off layers (or perhaps there is only one layer) of your role until you get your true role. This is why I would like to kill a player who has already peeled off a layer and see what happens - either they peel off another or perhaps die for real.
He is able to post during the night phase and can make posts which use incorrect grammar not count towards the post-minimum. There are probably other strings attached which we do not know, since he is 1. Mafia and 2. incredibly dedicated to using this ability.
The what should be capitalised
By the way, our Night 0 difference check was on Sonic which is… pretty useless information.
I might be missing something, yet didn’t Kii flip town?

Hello Arctic. That’s interesting now you mention Kii has some kind of grammar police ability.
It’s probably the first time I’ve played with such a role.

Claimed factions involve:
All seem without a doubt townsided except for Mafia which I still have reservations on. This is because one of the threats for Mafia is “Town”, but I don’t know what the rest of their threats are. I am guessing they also have some factional abilities which are hidden.
Theoretical factions that appear in wincons involve Spies and Werewolves, but I’ve seen no evidence confirming their existence right now. It’s possible that people will join these factions when they are killed, perhaps if we kill mafia.
Kiiruma flipped town, and every player so far which died has been converted to Mafia. We don’t know about Onion or Koba, but they can probably talk about what happened to them when they get here in a few hours.
If the flipped players are converting to mafia, that would be the strings attached part I was mentioning earlier.
-CRichard
Yes, all the players that died yesterday claimed they were converted to Mafia. They have also claimed that Mafia is an uninformed majority faction. However, they have been vague about their wincon, insofar as only claiming they need to “defeat threats”. Kiiruma explained one of these threats is “Town”, not “Village” but didn’t speak about the rest.
A thought has occurred to me regarding flipped players convert to mafia.
Is it possible that the game ends if a majority of living players are converted to mafia?
-CRichard
It’s unlikely, since their wincon seems to be “defeat threats” rather than anything related to parity.
Yeah that’s probably the case.
BTW any idea what happened with Beancat?
-CRichard
By the way, Lukundo is DunkinDonuts and SkillIssue is TimHortons. I don’t know if SkillIssue still have TimHortons after flipping.
It’s possible beancat = bee but other than that I don’t have much of a clue.
