Looking at VC 3.6 and VC 3.7, it seems that Whysper is the doublevoter:
Well, kinda. Previously, there was a ‘+1’ on DkKoba already, but ever since he got subbed in, Whysper had also voted that slot, so IDK whether it’s continuous moderror, or just “Whysper is the doublevoter”.
I doubt it is a moderror, and in VC 3.6, Whysper was shown to have had a normal vote.
So, my guess is: Whysper “ate the additional vote, and became a doublevoter”.
