Normal range is about 4-7, depending on a variety of factors
Yeah I usually get 5-7 on school days, though recently I’ve been going to bed at like 9 pm cuz I’m not used to rehearsal so it’s tiring me out a lot
Largely because I can’t sleep before 9, but frequently have to be up at around 2
(9 pm and 2 am)
Sometimes I’m lucky and sleep until 4:30
