uh I was not trying to doublepost
I think MU was completely lenient before they introduced their rules against ATE and FoL is like-- we don’t currently moderate ATE, although we do moderate toxicity, and lots of forms of excessive ATE also break the toxicity rule? (and some hosts do have anti-ATE rules, although mostly they are poorly enforced)

and EM is explicitly lenient on ATE as a matter of policy, and this has achieved the outcome ‘wolves do it just as much’ but not the outcome ‘so therefore everyone ignores it and consequently no one does it’
apparently I was ‘acting like a robot’ and somehow it never occurred to anyone that maybe, just maybe, the player who is constantly referred to out of game as a robot would do that regardless of alignment 
(also other reasons, that one was just the most ???)

I agree, orange seemed pretty reasonable when he explained that if scum weren’t threatening suicide they didn’t go far enough

I think he was mostly joking/being hyperbolic, rather than making a serious policy suggestion

imo neither alignment should publicly threaten to self-harm over a mafia game
