The gimmick is that health only regenerates in specific ways, which might make the game more tedious? I’m not sure.
Or it could promote the broken turtle master strategy which I’m fine with.

its not as cool as last seasons theme. but its fine i guess. i think they need to make the challenges harder/more betrayal based

Last season was the clock, right?
That was awesome because it encouraged long-term planning in a fun way. Being afraid wandering down a hill or fighting basic mobs technically does the same long-term thing, but it doesn’t jibe with me in the same way. I’ll still watch the series either way.

It might be that I’m also a very risky player by nature, same as a lot of other players, due to muscle memory. I don’t die very often, but I take a lot of passive damage just running about.

Does “muscle memory” apply in this context?
