reason i’m bringing this up is just, if one of them is a wolf the other one probably isn’t imo
it would be a little unusual for a wolf to make partnery jokes with their partner right at the start of the game because i think generally they’re too self-conscious of having something like that taken seriously

I get what u mean by this post but im gonna play a lil bit of devil’s advocate against myself. Let’s say, hyopthetically for the sake of argument (xd), me and ash were aligned. If ash tried to distance and make some town content by voting me for pressure with that little subline, I think if I were a wolf I would respond to it kindve like how I did. Maybe not the “youre my partner” thing but probably something like “oh no you caught me whatever shall I do”. Kindve like that idea. And if you’re taking self conciousness into it, wouldn’t it make more sense if me and ash were aligned wolves and im self concious about that so im calling us partners? I think this is a bad reason to unalign us, even if he is wolf bc we are unaligned then. Overall I think that this is a bad take oomfie and doesn’t really tell u much
