Originally I was gonna claimswap with Wind but then it became more obvious that Blizer being neighbouriser would be more believable, he then claimed Doctor so it was perfect to hide him but in the event he died which we had a clear feeling he could me and Wind would swap instead
Now that I think about it I think Wind said sheāll just claim Neighbouriser anyway since she and Blizer felt it was risky for a Doctor to claim PR
