why not just cut action submission by a couple hours, lets say 4 hours?

the nights still stay 24 hours. im just saying cut off all action input on the 20 hour mark
so its easier to figure out the actions, and nobody is throwing u actions at 23:50

Phases lengths will be changed to
48 hour day phases
20 hour night phases (Where your actions must be submitted before the 20 hours is up)
4-hour action resolution phase (Where I or Trisscar can process actions to start up the day phase on time).
