i did think that kinda looked unaligned but the premise of vulgard getting annoyed is because of marshal saying that jc has been treating stuff in good faith when fhpov jc had been treating him in bad faith the entire day, so making this read felt like a slap in the face and i can see why vulgard would get annoyed here even if marshal is a wolf

why did you never really express you thought it was v/v then
like that was the main discussion for most of the day yesterday and you didn’t think to say something was wrong with this direction? you said nothing about arete until just before the day was about to end, so it didn’t feel like you really cared about what was going on
can you explain why you think squirrel is a wolf

I get that, but when I show you posts that, for example, contradict what you say about me, I would expect that suspicion to at least drop a little. Furthermore, I would have also expect you in that scenario, and with the read I made on Vulgard, to be like ‘hyena’s wilding again, probably v’ just like you usually do (the latest example being in that team mafia game where I teamed with Hornet, Ruby, and Ren). There’s no consideration that I could be town here – just that ‘oh, I could be wrong because I’m horrible at reading Moonwink’.
The secret trick is I just didn’t actually care about that whole back and forth.
The other secret trick is that this game is not my priority rn. And it will stay not my priority unless circumstances change.
Which means I’ll provide what I want and y’all will inevitably flip me only to realise I was actually just a lazy towny.
