I’m upset about the loss but I made peace with it when we got accidentally spoiled on BS alignment

Though I did think they would kill Misty - I remained unspoiled after dying and got hippo/misty because if you sat down to think about it there was really nothing going for these slots outside of marshal spew, and marshal spew was largely irrelevant past day 1. Wisdom was the only person to look at Hippo spew and realized like I did it was super aligning

Something no one noticed was that hippo/misty claimed 2nd and 3rd protective and then ignored the other’s claims and on one commented on this 3 protective claims

I’m not going to try to say you had good reads, because you didn’t, and it’s important to me not to lie about things like that

but everyone has games sometimes where they just get everything wrong

it doesn’t mean you need to quit and never play Mafia again, it just means you need to figure out where you went wrong so that you can do better next time

I think I went too far at times for sure and got too caught up in the act and for that im sorry

but also the situation I was in was one where basically any villager whos fighting to live would be emotional and I felt that I truly could not pretend to be a town member if i acted entirely collected to the fact that I thought I was spewed town and I was still being seen as public enemy #1 it wouldn’t be believable. So I decided to just go full send and put my all into it but I got a bit too into it and think I crossed a number of lines

however on a whole I don’t regret using emotion as a tactic because it’s a huge part of the game and is something town will try and read off of so if my goal is for town to focus reads on me it’s something that I had the right to make part of my game imho. Still went too far and i acknoweldge that
