To me, I feel like it’s Otter if you claim a lime green has been miscleared. If I’m not mistaken, only reason you cleared them is because they had Pigeon in their scum read list, but that was it. If Pigeon was a planned bus, that doesn’t really matter imo

Also, I noticed that Eliza is hard green-checked for you. Why is that? Is it something someone said, or did you reach your own conclusion?
