Do the ‘standard’ games go to the queue of vanilla games or to the queue with ‘special’ games?

The definition specifically compares it to Vanilla; this is likely correct.
In practice it depends on the setup (there have been Standards run in both queues), if you’re not sure you can talk to your reviewer about which fits it better

Yeah, but I’m interested in other people’s games placement, because it might have an effect on my schedule too (even if it’s estimation), and the queue doesn’t make it clear (maybe it should?)
Suggestion: split “Waiting to Start” section in two, unless Vanilla queue is going away due to unpopularity.

I negotiated Umineko FM to be moved a few positions up in the queue, so I’m expecting it to be run in August (hopefully early-mid August).
