wouldnt it get down to a 1v1 on the ritual phase?
So there would be no way to execute the final heretic?
No because ritual of leadership
2v2 → execute heretic → 2v1 → nightkill → 1v1 → ritual town → only heretic alive
Also even if that did happen i believe we would still rand? There are no laws regarding parity in this setup
If this is your thought process I’d have to check back with astand to learn what he foresaw. But I’m confident he didn’t make a mistake in his thought process
Oh
Yeah I see, still you won that ritual you picked Garfooled so the votes wouldn’t make a difference. Heretics and Traitor overwhelms town’s votes.
I know what happened. We ruled that traitor–> heretic does not get ritual of initiation
Oh I see
No but the 2 votes is only for rituals, not executions
and on a tie, its rng who is executed
I do meant the execution votes which will be given by the sacrificed. Two votes on the traitor last day is enough to beat three votes on heretic or town otherwise, traitors are not meant to be sacrificed very late in the phase
oh so we are assuming town gets ritualed, yea then it would be possible
but with no 2x votes, it becomes rng
A town sacrifice that doesnt end with evils winning.
Unfortunately thats not possible, the traitor sacrifice would win this.
If traitor is the last evil alive, they become a heretic that has no abilities besides factional kill and cannot convert. So sacrificing the traitor is like an extra lynch in this case.
Town would have won had they selected the right targets and won two 50/50’s back to back. That is why the game was not terminated after Ritual Phase 4.
