Not yet; that gets resolved after Ritual/Execution (aka whichever phase I submit it). Found this out the hard way when I tried changing my Drain Blood ability D2 during Execution phase.
I am guessing Ash starts with one blood at Day 1 and then used Drain Blood by Day 2 by two more players.
