Assuming you and Frost are legit Exor and BM, then the only way you are not dead tonight is if you were roleblocked or if one of you didn’t do your part (i.e. if you stayed home and/or if Ash didn’t activate his ability).
If you were not roleblocked, then Ash is not BM because you claimed Exor earlier than Hippo did when Dum claimed Exor at SOD2.
