Because whatever this will be, the fact that Ash is agreeing that Frost gets cleared doesn’t sit well with me considering Ash had a POE of three, unlike Brakuren’s POE of four.

In short, Hazard’s Ritual should have worked but failed. Our Exorcises were all accounted for, so the only reason this would be the case is if mafia was trying to pretend that Frost had Exorcised someone he did not.
