If you can do two processing times roughly 12 hours apart from each other, it would probably cover everyone, even if one of them has to be only an hour or two for scheduling reasons
that just brings this problem
rather than a 14p game its a 7player with 7 other npcs there
i feel like it’s irresponsible of me to open signups without first deciding processing times
so y’all very likely need to get those in relatively soon

Prioritise scheduling to favor those who have a good history of activity rather than flakers imo
I have no idea who this entails because I didn’t pay much attention to the last game but that just seems like a smart way of doing it
