This feels like a Secret - Chaos - Bribe/Scroll hand more so than a Secret - Secret - X hand

More-so that you have a non-alignment card, but a 3-way tie works too. Hadn’t thought of that initially tbf.
You can technically be loyal to Secrets at end-game on two Secrets, but it requires basically a golden hand.

obviously people are going to start panicking if you have 2 non-alignment cards regardless of what the rest is.

You mean the scrolls and bribes? Those are supposed to be strong cards.
Depends on the individual player’s goals, pretty often where Scrolls end up in a player’s hand and they flip to Order (usually when they’re dealt Order - Order a couple times) so that’s arguably a weak hand.
I understand order cards are the most numerous in the deck, so it’s easiest to be order sided.
Order - Chaos ties break in favor of Chaos, so it tends to even out in my experience. Unless one person is hoarding an excess of cards of their alignment which tends to hurt them in the long run.
