Basically, even if it was just Plague and those two cop checks were untampered with, Otter’s kill still failed on Night 2 somehow. That’s how we know.

I physically cannot put a mark on anyone else and it be useful
Because magnus roleblocked me last night i wasnt able to put my mark on pandora (which wouldve taken effect tonight)
