The Lich will survive no matter what, but they can kill Hazard (outed holder) to unstoppable kill two other players.

My thought process last night if it matters was
Shoot amelia cause the likely hood of being a crone in game is now lone thanks to head hunter death.
Then i realised that she could be NK and most are immune cause i didnt see her being blue dragon. So i marked her instead
