The only issue I have rn is a world where Blue and Zug are there late game and Zug’s a wolf
Because Blue has Zug as like Lock Town for some reason

in all the game’s i’ve been in anti-claim has been a factional ability
which would make sense
or else you could have the wolf with anti-claim get limmed early, then maybe break the game with a massclaim
