can you go over what your reads were right before shooting cape?
Eh. I originally had Cape as a town read.
But I kinda had gotten to the stage where I was like “I’ve been wrong so much this game. But if I’m wrong, then where does that lead me? Instead of Brad being Wolf, Cape would be. May would be good.”
why did you choose to shoot Cape, as opposed to any other town reads?
Because my 2 main strongest townreads at the time were on Cape and Tutuu but I was refusing to believe Tutuu could be wolf, so I went to my next one, which was Cape.
but you were flipping your reads around
so why not go with w!tutuu
Because Tutuu just seemed less likely to be W via world building at the time.
Cape on the other hand felt simpler to place considering voting + wars

can you share some of the worlds you had built there?
As I said I’d built Tutuu as good at that time, I’d also built TBE/Treasure as good at the time (This changed on Treasure after the Cape flip but still). I had May as good because it felt like we’d been misled.
I think I’d considered Sadbi / slank as wolves with Cape. But Cape was at that point the one who held the world together so that’s why I’d shot Cape instead of others.

also do you have any examples of towngames where you did a similar 180 in reads
Because if Treasure was good, then TBE was good.
So I’d rather leave them for a bit longer.
Whereas Cape didn’t really have that.

what did you originally townread cape for?
Because one of Cape/Brad was wolf, it meant that the other was probably town and I thought that Brad read as more socially evil at the time and I didn’t buy Brad’s claim 100%

I didn’t push much this game.
As I don’t exactly have an agenda or anything to push.
I pushed for Neil (Was wrong, still don’t regret it)
town, of course, are supposed to push their scumreads
why would you not push those

Because at the end of the day, I could be like “Oh man… I feel so bad pushing Neil. I was so wrong” but like I realised I was wrong after Neil got hit by a merc enclave. So I’ve already been through that and I don’t want to be LAMIST.
