Would any strategy have worked, if just simply all PR claim vanilla, and all vanilla claim PR?
Ah, I thought about that, but it doesn’t work. The reason it doesn’t work is that while I technically told the truth about what the anti-claim does, it’s slightly more complicated.
In essence, it checks to see if a player made a consciousness and active decision to hard claim that they are a power role. If everyone is operating under the assumption that Vanilia town = PR, zone would have killed the PR if an anti claim tried to anti-claim under the assumption the person was claiming PR.
The reason the box method avoided this is because people must assume that people are acting differently in order to get into the box because they are a PR, there are no assumptions if everyone is operating under the idea of a player hard claiming vt If they are PR
