This was on N2 right? We have an unclaimed vig that was probably a wolf shot, we have an N3 vig and cop that died or went to wolves too, and I think my point about the jailkeeper was that Frost is the jailkeeper but he’s been pressing the theory of a strongman so wouldn’t wolves just go for a strongman kill instead of a ninja in order to dodge whatever the heck could prevent their kills?

But I don’t like bystander’s treatment of Frost or Phraze
But I’m also not 100% sure she’s a wolf i just don’t know if Frost/Phraze makes sense without bystander
