I think sheep can be a wolf if Bionic is town and Frost is a wolf because then he’d be pushing the lynch from his partner to the most lynchbaity town

I could see bystander feeling like she got stuck voting frost because he was the top wagon for a while and then when a second one emerged, it was on bystander

Since then the bystander wagon shifted to phraze but that also gets bystander stuck because she’s been shielding phraze

So the least suspicious vote bystander can make, if it has to be on a top wagon, is on frost

Fwiw I think sheep can be a wolf without frost because wolf blocking town jailkeeper does make sense logically
I just think based on today, sheep has been posting much better than frost
