¾ of energy – Same effect as above, except all Major Powers instead of only one (submit during Main Phase 1)

the power copying abilities are during main phase 1

If you steal Alliance you don’t void the existing Alliance

and i hope from these it was clear or at least somewhat clear that i intended to convey that the steal is submitted during main phase 1 just like the 2/3 and 3/4 bets
