daeronwillow can do max 97
I was thinking 55 damage towards you seemed fair, you could do max 56 damage to others with those numbers.
also this info is wrong,
first activation costs 0.
no?
I just asked
jesus christ
i made the ability and i DEFINITELY did not intend for first swap to be 0 lol. I thought by language it was very clearly first activation cost 10
well, congrats on the win I suppose, I genuinely donât think thereâs a way for anybody to beat you in that scenario. I will instead be playing for second place, sorry squirrel.
It isnât obvious.
First sentence is in past tense, and it does not have the including this activation anywhere in the cost.
(i was thinking 10 on first activation too, but Willow said itâs zero, so I asked just in case.)
i feel like its very clearly not 0. If you use that ability, Y starts at 1. You canât use an ability and also have used it 0 times
if it was ânumber of times you have used this ability beforeâ, then it would be 0. but it doesnât specify that.
whatever, I actually cannot be bothered anymore because you are unbeatable. Feel free to nuke whoever you want atp, but if it is me I will just spite target you with all of my power even at detriment to my own self, forcing you to burn at least one use.
im having a hard time deciding where the âusedâ is calculated
i tried to give more intelligent commentary but im 50/50 on it
Yeah, itâs ambigious. It can be interpretended both ways, without either extension. (like before/including this one.)
Hence why I asked.
the problem is is that thereâs at least two definitions: used as in used previously, and used as in used to accomplish a goal (like if i shoot someone, im using a gun)
the creator and tutuu seem to have different opinions on the matter, which isnât particularly good either
i mean its out of my hands now, and frankly it would be unfair if tutuu reversed the decision now. I cannot have any more input, even if my original intention wasnât followed, because I am inherently biased.
you pay the cost before you use the ability. 0 on the first use
should have clarified that better yeah
maybe i was biased to interpret it that way because this was my designed power from last game
and i assumed marissa is going for the same idea of starting at 0 and i didnât ask to clarify, oops
marshal
game show drivenâs ability is variable depending on the cost you pay
basic attack can have a variable effect depending on the cost you pay
iâd argue it goes like [Pay Cost] â [Pause (in order to calculate what we just did)] â [Resolve effect]
well it doesnât have to be that way but i think thatâd be a good way to program this if it was a video game. not that itâs necessary to program it that way too, ofc
sorry marissa
