A quick recap on how Minor Powers work!!

Start of every round, everyone draws 2 Good and 2 Bad

During Main Phase 2, you submit who gets them. You choose ONE other player. Give yourself 1 of the Good ones (your choice), and give them the other one. Then, give yourself 1 of the Bad ones (your choice) and give THE SAME PLAYER the other Bad one. If you don’t submit I’ll randomize

They take effect IMMEDIATELY after Main Phase 2 submission are over. BEFORE the resolution of actions

Also, all of the Bad Minor Powers have this line: “You may Burn 5 to discard it”

You do this during Main Phase 2. If you do, you IMMEDIATELY discard it (the Bad Power won’t have any effect during resolution), and you will Burn 5 near the end of the Round (at the Burn Phase, check OOO at the OP)
