i mean with the burn penalty it was meant to be usable 2 times at most, at a significant cost (30 heath), with 3 uses in a complete edge case draining 60 health total.

it felt reasonable there, as its powerful but has a massive burn penalty.

if I said “used this ability before” or “previously” or “in past rounds” it would be 0, but that was specifically NOT included
