There is no reason for that. Millium was poisoned. There is no reason not to out this information publicly.
The fact that she didnt out this information publicly yesterday means she didn’t consent to being made to visit anyone, in the neighborhood with her, Kiiruma and Trisscar. And/or she wasn’t even aware that she is being redirected.

Also I did some thinking on it and considering scum can murder 6 people at the same time in a game with 11 town (NK+Poison), I have to admit the possibility that Sultan’s broken wincon exists as a weird attempt to counterbalance how broken scum’s wincon is.
It’s almost mechanically possible for scum to win the game on night 1 based on the information we know.

But if Kiirima is town, SirDerps also done goofed. According to Kiiruma, Derps got his rolecard, yet he used his ability to clean off his good modifier
This means that we already have confirmation SirDerps done goofed, regardless of Kiiruma’s alignment
Ergo I would advise against townreading Kiiruma based off the assumption that SirDerps didn’t goof
