In the hypothetical where I am town (Which I am): Presenting my result truthfully helps expose someone who could easily be a phylactery as nobody is rushing to try and argue they healed T3 or that T3 was given a vest by the Lying Darkness or anything.
In the hypothetical where I am wolf: Wolves right now should know that revenant is on the cusp on victory and should be working with town to identify possibilities so that they can win. Lying about my result would not make sense because it just lets the revenant win.
In the hypothetical where I am revenant: I do not even know here why I’d be so against dying because it would make me get an attack which bypasses immunities? So I don’t think this makes sense
