Also other things to note are there are characters which may punish us for talking, characters which punish inactivity, characters which are also just frankly terrifying. We need to understand that anything and everything can happen this game, there can be mechanical reasons why people can’t talk and in that world we need to understand that but we can’t just use that as a reason for nobody to talk either as then that can go badly as well. Sigh

I mean it is damn easy to fake, faking it is easier than not faking it, but it’s a consistent effect and I don’t think faking low-posting is desirable when most people won’t townread it. When Zug and I graphed beancat’s postcount across games (manually) it was substantially higher as wolf consistently. But it could be out of game circumstances too, just warrants a mild townlean for the time being (who is the time being)

i know this is a meme game but it’s tilting to see people declare they’re not going to really try

yes the game is probably going to be random bullshit but i would still like it if people played to win rather than having this be another game where we can’t kill scum because there is no way to tell apart the town not trying from the scum not trying

As I specifically said in the post, I’m defensive of it because I know it looks especially bad from the outside LOL it’s a deliberately awkward little phrase I’ve picked up explicitly because I think the awkwardness is funny but it’s like sosososososo wolfy (on purpose because I think being wolfy is funny, but I forgot that I sometimes actually play mafia and this matters)

I’m defensive because “sending a really awkward message on purpose because I thought it was funny” is something that I’d be kinda annoyed if I got legit wolfread for, it’s a really deeply avoidable misunderstanding and it would be my skill issue if I failed to Project my Towniness because I wanted to do a funny LOL

Treasure - It feels like Treasure kind of does whatever she wants and nobody cares. Reading through this iso, though, it is Wolfy! It is Wolfy from the Wolf Chat and shares similarities with previous Wolf Games I have had with her! She just randomly shot Leafia yesterday in the Incident! The specific accusations of other people being bussing based on their reads: going “LOL nice bus” etc etc et al is not something I remember her doing as town! After I am done unfiltering my thoughts on all players I want to specifically go back and wolfcase Treasure in detail because I think there is something there!
