y’know in my head i had always pictured bulgaria the way the U.S. depicts “literally any country under soviet rule during the cold war”
like obviously not the exact same (we do not live in the cold war anymore as it turns out, nor is bulgaria under soviet rule). But like the image in my head was still the same general concept
