Standard for 15p mountainous is three wolves, so in a lower player, higher power game, you’re likely to see roughly the same amount
Four wolves is just a bit too tight
You generally want a ratio around 3:1 or 4:1 when it comes to town:wolves
I think I agree with this, I believe that there are likely only 3 wolves.
Unless the wolves have low power levels in comparison to town in which case 
Personally based on my own card I’d be leaning 3, I don’t think it’s powerful enough to warrant a 4th wolf
